Most notable events over the last few years:

  • Received the Distinguished Unit Award with Merit on several occasions.

  • Cadet(s) participated in Private Pilot Scholarship Program

  • Cadets able to have hands on flying in a Cessna 172 flying with the Civilian Air Patrol

  • Orientation rides on Military Aircraft flown into Erie to take students over to Cleveland and Niagara Falls

  • Marching in Veterans Day Parade

  • Participation in community service events such as American Legion Poppy Sales, Bowling for Vets, local cemetery clean ups, and various other Veteran activities

  • Presented Colors at Cleveland Guardians, Buffalo Bills, Pittsburgh Steelers, and local Erie sporting events

  • Military Marching Drill Team has competed in up to nine drill competitions annually, receiving numerous team and individual trophies.

  • Presented Colors at Erie Federal Courthouse for Naturalization ceremonies.

  • Varity of local grade school visits, educating the students on subjects as Air Force History and Flag Etiquette

  • CyberPatriot computer defense team competes in a national competition.

  • Academic Teams participated in all branches of the military competition
