We are excited to announce the launch of two powerful platforms that will enhance your experience at Cathedral Prep! 

Veracross is our new Student Information System (SIS), and Canvas is our Learning Management System (LMS).

Over the summer we have been overhauling our technology systems, which is what has delayed the release of schedules. We really appreciate everyone's patience through this process. The Technology Team, Administration, and Teachers have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure that we are ready to start the school year. We are still in the process of putting the finishing touches on the Canvas student portals so you will not be able to access those at this point. We will let you know when those portals are ready in a follow-up email. In the meantime, please follow the directions below to access your Veracross portal.

What is Veracross?

Veracross will serve as our central hub for student records, schedules, attendance, and communication. Parents will be able to:

• View student schedules and grades

• Receive school-wide announcements

• Update contact information

• Manage future attendance events, such as scheduling half-days for appointments

Note: Parents have already created their Veracross accounts during the enrollment process and can continue using the same login credentials.

Students will log in to Veracross using their Office365 credentials.

What is Canvas? (*Note: Student accounts not ready yet.)

Canvas is our new Learning Management System, designed to support teaching and learning for students. Through Canvas, students will:

• Access course materials and assignments

• Submit homework and projects

• Participate in discussions and receive feedback

• Track their progress and grades
